Consistently good products

Ordered a Holzlaufrad and Zwerghamsterfutter. Wheel is quiet and sturdy. Food looked fresh. Shipping was okay. Will buy again.
Decent quality, slow shipping
I ordered a Korklaufrad and some Erlebnisfutter. The quality of both items was quite good; the wheel is definitely quieter than my old plastic one. The food also seemed well-received by my hamster. However, the shipping took a full 10 days to get to me in Florida, which felt a bit long. It would be great if they could speed up delivery times a little. Packaging was secure, and everything arrived undamaged.
